easycare subscription: Customer becomes eligible for a free eye test 28 days after sign up to easycare package and once initial three month payment is made. Free eye test excludes OTC scan which incurs additional charge. Initial three-month payment required from new easycare package customers, for Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP) lenses you will be required to purchase one pair of lenses. No refund is available for eyecare (including, eye tests) already provided. All easycare package benefits are redeemable only by named person on easycare package. Package valid until your membership ceases by the cancellation of your direct debit payments or after prescription ceases to be valid (usually two years). Replacement lenses: Easycare customers can receive replacements of some lenses free of charge. Daily disposable contact lens wearers can have a maximum of 5 pairs of free replacement lenses in a 12 month period. Reusable contact lens wearers can have a maximum of 2 free replacement lenses (or one pair of free replacement lenses) in a 12 month period. Additional replacement lenses will be charged for. Replacements of rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses are not free of charge so please contact your store for pricing.
