easycare subscription: Customer becomes eligible for an eye test after 28 days from sign up to easycare package. Initial three-month payment required from new easycare package customers, for RGP lenses you will be required to purchase 1 pair of lenses. No refund is available for eyecare already provided. All easycare package benefits are redeemable only by named person on easycare package. Package valid until your membership ceases by the cancellation of your direct debit payments or after prescription ceases to be valid (usually two years). Replacement lenses: Up to five free daily or monthly reusable lenses to replace lost or damaged lenses only, RGP lens replacements not included. A record of the redemption of these entitlements will be held in your sales history. Non-prescription sun: Discount on non-perscription sun instore – easycare members qualify for a discount on plano sun this is marketed in store only by use of a decal the minimum discount for this offer is €79.
*easycare package value includes savings that can be made on eye tests, contact lens health checks, a complete pair of glasses and replacement lenses. Eye test cost calculated as an average eye test fee paid by private customers across our UK stores from 1 Nov 2019 to 31 October 2020 (excluding customers entitled to a PRSI-funded eye test). Contact lens check cost based on our standard charge of €30 for this service. Free glasses minimum spend from our €19 range for a single pair with standard single-vision lenses and no Extra Options added. Non-prescription sun: Discount available on one pair of non-prescription sunglasses only and is not available on prescription sunglasses. Discount level varies according to frame price. Excludes reglazes and eyewear. Both offers: Apply to a named easycare customer safety only, once per year at one store only. Non-refundable or transferable on already purchased glasses or contact lenses. Cannot be used with other offers or vouchers or exchanged in part or whole for cash.
