Could your next eye test be free?More people than ever are now entitled to free eye tests – are you one of them?Eye tests are free if you are entitled to PRSI treatment benefit or have a Medical Card funded by the Department of Social Protection or HSE. That’s the same whether you’re employed or self-employed. What’s more, if you’re over 40 or your optician recommends it, your eye test will include digital retinal photography at no extra charge.Valid for one test booked on or before the date and at the store listed below. Present voucher at time of test. Those eligible for PRSI must provide their PPS number at appointment booking. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other vouchers. Cannot be redeemed by customers not entitled to a free PRSI or Medical Card eye test. Excludes driving sight test reports. One per person.
