Minor repairs includes replacing nose pads, adjusting your frames, tightening loose screws, or simply giving your glasses a thorough clean. There’s no limit to the number of times this service can be used. Simply pop into your local store and ask for free servicing for your glasses or sunglasses*.

Hearing Aids

We want you to feel confident with your purchase, to be able to try the latest technology and realise how much benefit a new pair of hearing aids can bring to your life.

 To do that, you need to wear them, which is why we offer a 100-day money back guarantee (the hearing aids must be in the same condition to how they were sold with all packaging and accessories intact)**.

  • To receive this service customers need to take their glasses or sunglasses into store.
  • The free lifetime servicing does not include fixing or replacing broken, cracked or scratched lenses, frames or sides as they constitute damage - which require repair rather than servicing.
