What are the symptoms of ocular herpes / keratitis?


The symptoms of ocular herpes/ keratitis include red eye, a sensation of a foreign body in the eye, blurred vision, pain, sensitivity to light and watery eyes.

The virus usually affects one eye, but like other viral infections it has the potential to spread to the other eye, say by rubbing the infected eye and then the uninfected eye.
