Blarney Golf Club qualifies for all-Ireland final of NCBI Specsavers HolmPatrick Cup in St. Andrew’s, Scotland
The NCBI Specsavers HolmPatrick Cup arrived at Limerick Golf Club on Thursday 16 August, as Munster golf clubs teed off to compete for the chance to play at St Andrew’s Scotland and win the prestigious trophy.

Over the past five months, the NCBI Specsavers HolmPatrick Cup has seen GUI-affiliated golf courses across the country hold qualifying tournaments from local to a county level. The four provincial winners will play in the final this October at the world-renowned St Andrew’s Links in Scotland.

Eight teams from across the province competed on the day, with Blarney Golf Club coming out on top and placing first.
NCBI (National Council for the Blind of Ireland) is Ireland’s national charity working for the rising number of people affected by sight loss.
