Specsavers Athlone's newest staff member Colin Costello "volunteered" to dress up as the ear to give out leaflets
On Friday 22nd of August Specsavers Athlone staff went leafleting in the town to promote the Hearcare services in the Golden Island Shopping Centre store.
Last weekend of summer
As it was the official last weekend of the summer holidays before kids headed back to school, the team handed out balloons to celebrate and newest staff member Colin Costello "volunteered" to dress up as the ear.
Local bus
He decided to travel as far as the local bus service to ensure he had the whole town talking about the Big Ear!
