Present voucher at time of test. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other vouchers. Free PRSI or Medical Card eye test funded by the Department of Social Protection or HSE. Those eligible for PRSI must provide their PPS number at appointment booking (found on your payslip or tax documents). Medical Card customers please call our store. Excludes OCT scans and eye tests for VDU use, safety glasses or driving licences. One per person, no more than once every two years.
