Specsavers in Midleton is celebrating their spectacular 5th anniversary this year.
Since opening their doors in 2009, store directors Marie Roche and Deirdre Franklin, along with their team of ten, including two optometrists and one audiologist, have proudly served the people of Midleton.
A fantastic five years
Speaking of the store’s anniversary, Store Director Marie Roche commented, “We are delighted to be celebrating our store’s success over the last five years and we would like to thank everyone for their support along the way. We have had a fantastic five years with our team and customers and look forward to celebrating many more birthdays here in Market Green”.
Customers and staff celebrated in style at the store’s 5thbirthday party where they enjoyed a birthday cake especially created for them by neighbouring restaurant, Al’s, not to mention the additional treats provided by Specsavers. As part of the birthday celebrations, Specsavers Midleton ran a competition for ten of their customers to win a pair of designer frames – worth €189 each. The lucky winners included; Tomazs Juzak, Trudy O'Lomasney, Zareen Afshan and Nicole McCarthy – all from Midleton, together with Eileen Collins of Killeagh, Niall Finn (Bartlemy), Andrea Davidson (Whitegate), Patricia Keogh (Kinsalebeg), John O'Connell (Bartlemy) and Mary Geary of Youghal.
