Kids can now channel their favourite characters with a new and exclusive range of glasses available at Specsavers. We have teamed up with The Walt Disney Company to launch an exciting range of glasses for children, which will be available in store from Wednesday 13 May.

Disney dreamer

From classic Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse to iconic royalty such as The Little Mermaid’s Ariel and Cinderella, this range offers a style to suit every Disney dreamer.

Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty

Priced at €55 and free for under-12s as part of Specsavers’ HSE offer, your child can also choose an additional free pair of frames in the two for one offer, so they can be inspired by Rapunzel one day and Sleeping Beauty the next.

Also available from 13 May is a collection for all action-loving little ones. The Marvel range will feature favourites from the hit movie The Avengers as well as your friendly neighbourhood superhero Spider-Man.

Star Wars

For fans of a certain galaxy far, far away, the new Star Wars collection will also be available at the same time, featuring modern styles that will help your little Luke or Leia feel out of this world.

Go down a storm

Sinead Clohessy, chairperson of Specsavers Ireland, says; ‘We’re so excited to be launching the new collection of children’s ranges. Disney, Marvel and Star Wars are iconic household names and have provided entertainment for kids of all ages for many years. We expect that the new offerings will go down a storm with excited children in Ireland.'

Parents can also feel safe in the knowledge that SuperTough lenses come as standard in glasses for under-16s. They’re made from Trivex, a high tech lens material with in-built protection and strength. They’re very lightweight, block 100% of harmful UV rays and provide high-impact resistance.

HSE optical voucher

At Specsavers, all glasses in the kids’ €55 range are free with an under-12s’ HSE optical voucher and when you choose from the kids’ €55 range, you can have a second pair from the same price range, with the same prescription, for only €24.
