Clondalkin store wins Excellence in Customer Service Award

Specsavers Clondalkin is delighted to announce that the team was recently awarded the Excellence in Customer Service award at the Specsavers Greater Dublin Region Excellence Awards, a night which celebrates the achievements of Specsavers staff and stores across the greater Dublin region.

Superb customer service

Specsavers Clondalkin demonstrated a passion for their customers and superb customer service levels, achieving consistently high and improving Customer Satisfaction Index and high loyalty rates. Specsavers hosted the fun filled night to recognise the efforts made by staff in the Dublin area, a region that is home to some of Specsavers’ largest stores in the country but also some of the smaller community based units.

Professionalism and dedication

On receiving the award, store director Lisa Walsh said, ‘We’re delighted to have won this award which is a real testament to the professionalism and dedication of the staff in Specsavers Clondalkin and allows us an opportunity to acknowledge and thank our wonderful team of colleagues.’

Dedicated team

Located in The Mill Shopping Centre, Specsavers Clondalkin opened its doors in February 2013. The small but dedicated team are led by directors Lisa Walsh and Emma Conroy and are a very community based opticians, fostering strong relationships with local sports clubs, including Round Towers GAA Team and Clondalkin Cycling Club. They also donated a substantial sum to their local Men's Shed to help in supporting and developing men in the locality. The Clondalkin team also pride themselves on being very customer focused in-store with assistant manager Seán winning two Customer First Awards in the past six months.
