The Specsavers hearing van recently visited the shopping centre with Francis Brennan

Specsavers Liffey Valley recently welcomed the Specsavers hearing van to the shopping centre with television personality and Sound Check Ireland 2017 ambassador, Francis Brennan in attendance. 

Specsavers Sound Check Ireland 2017 is a campaign that encourages Irish adults to take a more proactive approach to their hearing health.

Resent research commissioned by Specsavers revealed that a staggering 68% of Dublin adults have not had their hearing tested within the last five years despite the fact that hearing loss affects one in six adults.

Francis Brennan launched Specsavers Sound Check Ireland 2017, a campaign that encourages Irish adults to take a more proactive approach to their hearing health. A recent research commissioned by Specsavers revealed the majority of Irish adults (69%) have not had their hearing tested in the last five years.

Specsavers to attend the All Ireland Sheep Shearing Championships

Specsavers Mullingar and Athlone are delighted to be attending the All Ireland & All Nations Sheep Shearing & Wool Handling Championship 2016. The annual event will take place this Saturday, 4 and Sunday, 5 June 2016 at Tullynally Castle, Castlepollard, Co.Westmeath.

This isn’t the first time sheep shearing and Specsavers have joined forces, with one of Specsavers’ most iconic adverts depicting an elderly farmer who struggles to see and accidently shears his faithful dog!

Specsavers Drogheda staff members

On Saturday 30 April, Specsavers Drogheda hosted an instore customer event to raise awareness about their hearing services and products available to the people of Dundalk.

To kick off the celebrations, iRadio broadcasted their popular mid-morning and afternoon shows; Aidan & Oonagh in the morning, iWork and iTakeover live inside the store from 11am – 3pm.
