I want to buy sunglasses for cycling and have seen a pair with an optical insert. Are they any good and can I get lenses put in the optical inserts?

As far as I aware they work very well, and without seeing them and knowing your prescription I can can't be certain, but they should be able to glaze them without any problem. The store may also have a cycling sunglasses so it is worth enquiring at the store first.
