For the last two to three months I have been getting bouts of blurred vision that can last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, and in most cases the blurred vision is followed by a headache, but not in every case.

I was referred to the ophthalmologist at the hospital by my optician as I’d lost my central vision in the right eye. I’ve been told it won’t be returning and as I was having difficulty reading, the ophthalmologist suggested I cover the right lens of glasses and this has helped but will I be able to get a lens fitted to block that side when I get new glasses? I still have the peripheral vision in my right eye.

Doctors declared that my left eye is weak eye and it can’t be better again and my right eye is healthy but its getting weak as I am not wearing glasses and I dont like it. I bought contact lenses from Specsavers but I don’t like wearing them. I know I am not doing justice with myself but I can’t help it.

My brother had an operation for macular hole disease, and now has slight vision on the corner if the eye only
The other eye, he had retina detachment, and after operation, has blurred vision only.
He also has pressure in both eyes it is now controlled with drops.
