What can I use to clean my lenses?
Video and written answer: Qualified optometrist Nigel Best BSc (Hons) MCOptom FBCLA FAAO answers this question:
Lenses should NOT be cleaned with tap water. Contact lenses should be cleaned each time you wear them - your optician will advise which cleaning products to use and full care instructions should be provided when you are fitted with contact lenses.
